All artwork will come insured for up to a certain amount at shipping. The artist does not take responsibility for any damages created by the mishandling of the delivery service. 

Shipping Policy 

Artwork will be properly packaged and shipped within 3-5 days of service. Please contact us if you have not received shipping confirmation within five business days.
